Payment Options
We currently accept Paypal which offers many options for making online payments.
Shipping Times
Please note that orders ship in 3-5 business days while preorders ship according to the timeline on their product page.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on US orders over $100. Shipping costs will vary based off the size and quantity of you order. We may add new shipping providers or change shipping providers as needed to ensure you get your package.
For international orders note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If we find that we cannot ship a product to your country we will inform you and reverse the charges for that product. If you have questions about what can be shipped to your country please consult your country's customs office.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Return Policy
You may return items for full refund less shipping costs if the return is been arranged within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unopened and in new condition and returned at your own expense.
You can also return items for store credit. Items must be unopened and in new condition and returned at your own expense within 30 days of receipt.
Bombshell Miniatures reserves the right to not accept returns more than 30 days after receipt.
Lost Packages
The vast majority of packages find their way safely to our customers. However in the event of a package failing to arrive; the following is Bombshell Miniatures' policy. We will declare a package as lost after 6 weeks time from date of shipment. Bombshell Miniatures will provide proof of shipment by email at customers request.
After 6 weeks if the package has still not arrived we offer the customer two options:
- Bombshell Miniatures will re-ship the order up to one additional time at no additional cost. If the order fails to arrive this second time we will not attempt a third delivery. Instead a refund will be issued.
- Customer may request a refund on their order.
Bombshell Miniatures will not issue a refund on shipping in the case of delivery failing due to an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the Customer while placing their order.
Anyone found to be abusing Bombshell Miniatures' Lost Package policy will be subject to denial of service on future orders. Abuse is defined as false claims and or an unreasonable amount of repeat claims.
