How long will it take for my order to arrive?

United States Customers:

Shipping times are dependent upon your choice of shipping option and proximity to our distribution center in Texas. We offer USPS shipping as our main shipping option. Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days from the time we receive the order. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order ships. Please take order processing time into account when estimating shipping times!
USPS (United States Postal Service): We offer USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail for all orders. Shipping times for both options are typically 4 to 5 business days for most locations in the US.

International Customers:

Shipping time is dependent upon your choice of shipping options. We offer USPS International First Class Mail for orders weighting under 4 lbs and USPS International Priority Mail for all orders.
Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days from the time we receive the order. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order ships. Please take order processing time into account when estimating shipping times!
USPS International First Class Mail is our most economical international shipping option. Delivery times are typically between 3 to 4 weeks. Tracking information for First Class Mail is very limited. We recommend this option for customers interested in saving on shipping and willing to wait for delivery.
USPS International Priority Mail is more expensive but features faster delivery times and detailed tracking. Orders typically take between 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. This option becomes more economical with larger (heavier orders).

How much will shipping cost?

Our web store pulls real-time shipping quotes from the USPS (United States Postal Service) online database. To get exact quotes on what an order will cost follow these steps.

• Add the products you desire to your shopping cart.

• Click on the link to view your cart.

• Choose your country (the country you want your order shipped to).

• Choose a shipping option. (The available options are determined by your country and the weight of the product(s) you are ordering.)

• Enter your postal code (The zip/postal code for the location your order is to be shipped to).

• One or more options will appear below your postal code. The shipping cost will be displayed next to each option. This is the amount you will be billed for shipping.

• You can choose to continue with your order, or change the shipping option to explore other options.

My order is missing parts. What should I do?

While we do our best to ensure all of our products are packaged correctly and accurately, issues like this do occasionally occur and we apologize if this is your situation. Please contact our customer service via this email address: support@bombshellminis.com
Our customer service will assist you by arranging for the missing parts to be sent. Before we ship missing parts we require proof of purchase; your web order number or if purchasing from a local store a scanned receipt. Please provide this purchase verification when contacting our customer service.

What is your refund policy?

You may return items for full refund less shipping costs if returned to us within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unopened and in new condition and returned at your own expense.
